Sourcing Approach
Key origins include Chikkamagaluru, Kodagu and Hassan in Karnataka; Wayanad and Idukki in Kerala; Araku Valley; and selected high-grown Tamil Nadu lots.
Quality Focus
Commercial moisture is 9–12.5%, with a water-activity target of ≤0.65. Specialty grade can be contracted to SCA defect and cup-score requirements.
Packaging & Supply
50/60 kg batching-oil-free jute; jute with hermetic liner; 1/5/10/25 kg vacuum bricks; 1,000 kg lined FIBC; or food-grade container liner for full lots.
Origin
India — estate and smallholder-cooperative lots from the Western Ghats and selected Eastern Ghats origins.
Seasonality
Arabica harvest centres on November–February and Robusta on December–March. New-crop shipment is strongest from February to June.
Sustainability
Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade, organic and 4C programmes are available on nominated lots. EU-bound coffee can be supported with plot geolocation for EUDR due diligence.
