Sourcing Approach
Principal origins are Idukki and the Cardamom Hills in Kerala, plus Wayanad, Kodagu, Chikkamagaluru, Hassan and selected Tamil Nadu highlands.

Seasonality
Harvest is strongest from August to December, with peak in October–November and new-crop availability from November into March.

Organic, Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance programmes are available on nominated lots. Improved kilns, grower-group traceability and destination-specific residue screening are prioritised.
